Adding a New Company or Contact to Your Address Book

To efficiently manage your address book, follow these steps to add a new company or contact to your contact database:

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the Contact Database:

    • Navigate to your contact database from the main menu on the left.

  2. Initiate the Creation Process:

    • Click the three dots icon located on the right side of the search bar.

    • Select 'Create New Contact' from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select the Appropriate Tab:

    • A popup with two tabs will appear.

    • Choose the 'Create Company' tab to add a new company.

    • Choose the 'Create Contact' tab to add a new individual contact.

  4. Enter Relevant Information:

    • Fill in all the necessary details for the new company or contact. Ensure you include all relevant information to maintain a comprehensive database.

  5. Save the New Entry:

    • Click the ‘Create Contact’ button to add a new contact.

    • Click the ‘Create Company’ button to add a new company.
