Manage and remove artists or crew members from an Artist Free account
When managing an Artist Free account, artists or crew members can only be deleted by the Agency they are linked to. This article will guide you through the steps to remove a user from an Artist Free account within the Agency environment.

How to Delete an Artist or Crew Member from an Artist Free Account
Go to Office
In your Agency environment, click on Office from the menu on the left.Navigate to Project Management
Select the project from which you'd like to delete the artist or crew member.Access Artist/Crew
Once inside the project, click on the Artist/Crew tab. This will open a page displaying all the artists and crew members linked to the project.Delete the Artist or Crew Member
To manage a users permissions, click on the sharing icon.
To delete a user, click on the bin icon next to the user’s name.
Once deleted, the artist or crew member will no longer have access to the project.
