Team Members

What Can Team Members Do?

Team Members can work within your agency, with access to your contact database, and they have the ability to create events, contracts, invoices, and more, depending on the permissions you grant them. All team members work together from the same account. Typically, team members are co-workers who work for the same company, such as your agency. We call them 'users' in Agency.

How to Manage Team Members

You can find Team Management by going to the "Office" section, then selecting "Team Management". From here, you can add team members and set their permissions.

Artist/Crew

What Can Artist/Crew Do?

Artist/Crew have view-only permissions and cannot access your contact database or make any changes within your environment. They can view everything from the artist's side of ABOSS.
