1. Incorrect Permissions
The most common reason for being unable to add artists or crew is insufficient permissions.
Ensure you have the correct Agency permissions to manage this function.
Navigate to Office > Manage in your ABOSS settings.
Confirm that your account has the required permissions for managing artists or crew.
If you do not have these permissions, contact your billing administrator to grant the necessary access.
2. Shared Data with Artist PRO
If the project is shared with an Artist PRO account, user management is controlled by the Artist PRO account.
In these cases, artist and crew members are managed directly from the Artist PRO account, not within your Agency project.
You cannot add or edit artists or crew in shared projects.
To make changes, contact the Artist PRO account holder responsible for managing the project.
