In ABOSS Agency it's possible to add Artist/Crew to your Projects. By default they can only view the basic info of the event; date, time, location, itinerary, event notes. They can't see any info in Deal for example.

You can change this, so they can see some Deal-info. This article will show you how.

Change permissions for Artist/Crew Free

Go to your browser and login to ABOSS Agency.

From there, go to Office and you will find the list of Projects.

Click on the project and go Artist/Crew.

Behind every person added, you find two icons:

The bin-icon is for deleting the Artist/Crew. The link-icon is the one we need.

Hover over it and a pop-up will appear. From here you can select all the things the Artist/Crew is allowed to see. Check the boxes of your choosing.

In the example above, the artist will find Gross Fee and Due to Artist-amounts in all the events in it's account. The event will get an extra field on the event page, where the Artist/Crew can view the amounts.
