In ABOSS Agency, Artists and Crew members added to your Projects can initially only view basic event information such as date, time, location, itinerary, and event notes. However, you can easily adjust their permissions to grant them access to specific financial details, such as deal information. Selecting Deal Information to Share
1. Access Artist/Crew page
Step 1: Access Project Management
Navigate to the 'Office' section in the bottom left of ABOSS, where you will find a list of all your Projects.
Step 2: Select the Relevant Project
Click on the Project where you wish to change the permissions for Artists or Crew members. Once inside the Project, go to the 'Artist/Crew' tab.
Step 3: Locate the Permission Icons
In the 'Artist/Crew' tab, you will see two icons next to each person added:
Link Icon: This is the icon we need to modify permissions.
Bin Icon: Used to delete the Artist or Crew member from the Project.
2. Selecting Deal Information to Share
Step 1: Modify Permissions
Hover over the Link Icon next to the Artist or Crew member's name. A pop-up window will appear.
Step 2: Choose Deal Information to Share
In the pop-up window, you can select which deal-related details the Artist or Crew member is allowed to see. Simply check the boxes next to the information you want to share.
For example, if you select "Gross Fee" and "Due to Artist" amounts, these details will become visible to the Artist or Crew member for all relevant events within their account. The event page in their view will include an extra field displaying the selected financial details.
