You have probably all noticed this at some point; someone deleted an event, invoice, contract or location by accident. How do you retrieve this item?
In case someone accidentally deleted such an item, you have the option to retrieve it and undo the delete action.
Note: The History section is only available for user with administrate permissions for the Office section. If you lack these permissions, please contact your Administrative user to retrieve the item.
To view the recently deleted items, click on Office.
Here you will find the History menu. Click on deleted items to view the list.
The deleted items are shown per category.
Events
Invoices
Contracts
Locations
Click on the tab, to open the deleted items per category.
Here you will find the recently deleted items. The view will show you some information about the event. You will see the name of the Project, the dates and times of the event, The event title and you will see when the event was deleted and by who.
To retrieve a deleted event, simply click the 'Undo' button at the end of the row. The event will now be put back into your ABOSS environment.
Important note: Deleted items without a contract or invoice number will be harder to pinpoint. Please set them back at your own risk!
