Exporting Contracts in ABOSS

With the ABOSS contract module, you can export your selection of contracts as PDFs bundled in a ZIP file. This guide will show you how to create custom selections and export your contracts efficiently.

1. Creating Your Contract Selection

To create a custom contract selection:

  1. Go to your Contracts Module in the menu on the left

  2. Custom Filter Options
    Use the search function and / or filters to narrow down your selection based on criteria like contract status, date range, etc.

2. Exporting Contracts as a ZIP File

Once you're happy with your selection, you can export your contracts as PDF files.

How to Export

  1. Click the Export button next to the search bar and + button in the Contracts module.

  2. A notification will appear in the bottom left corner showing how many contracts are being exported.

  3. The system will process your request and send the export to your email address.

Receive the Download Link

Once the export is ready, you will receive an email with a download link to the ZIP file containing your contracts.

  • Click the link to download your file to your computer.

  • Note: If you don't see the email, check your SPAM folder.

3. Important Notes About Contract Exports

Current Export Limitations

The export function currently exports the PDF versions of contracts that were generated by the ABOSS system.

Digital contracts (those with client signatures) are not included in the current export at this time. This functionality will be added in a future update of the export feature.

4. Permissions for Exporting Contracts

The export function is available to anyone with view, manage, or administrate permissions on contracts.
