1. Inviting Artists and Crew Members
Step 1: Accessing Project Management
To invite an Artist or Crew member to an Artist's calendar, start by clicking on 'Office'.
By default, 'Project Management' will open. Select the relevant Project.
Step 2: Viewing Invited Users
In the 'Artist/Crew' tab, you will see an overview of your invited users.
Step 3: Inviting New Users
To add a new user, click the '+' button under either 'Artist' or 'Crew'. A popup will appear where you must enter at least the First name and a valid email address. You can invite multiple users at once. Click 'Invite Artist/Crew' to send the invitations.
2. User Onboarding
Existing ABOSS Users
If the Artist or Crew member already has an ABOSS account, they can click the 'Sign In with your current account' link in the invitation email. After logging in, the new project will be visible in their ABOSS Artist environment.
New ABOSS Users
If the Artist or Crew member is new to ABOSS, they should click the 'Setup your account' button in the received email. The user will be prompted to create a password, adjust their display name, and click 'Sign Up' to complete the registration.
After registration, you can log in to ABOSS Artist by navigating to artist.a-boss.net in any browser. Additionally, you have the option to download the ABOSS App for iOS and Android. For more information about the app, refer to this article.
If they need any help, this article provides information on what they can do after being invited as Artist/Crew.
3. Delete Artist/Crew
From 'Project Management', you can manage your invited Artist/Crew members. To remove users, go to the 'Artist/Crew' tab and click the trash can icon.
4. Share Deal Information
You can control what deal information is shared with each Artist or Crew member. Hover over the sharing icon and select the deal details to automatically share these points with the user.
5. Important Note on Paid Artist Accounts
If the Artist's account is a paid account, Agency users cannot manage Artist/Crew members from the 'Project Management' page. With a paid ABOSS Artist account, the Artist is responsible for adding and removing Artist and Crew members.
