Add a contract to your event, link your client and send through email.

Access contracts through the menu on the left to create a new contract or link an existing one to your event, while keeping track of contract details and status.

1. Creating a New Contract

To create a new contract for this event, click 'Add New Contract'.

You can then select your desired contract template and complete the contract details.

2. Tracking Contract Status

Use the status switches to monitor the status of each contract. Link a contact from your database to the contract by clicking the 'chain' icon. To preview the contract, click the 'Preview PDF' button.

3. Contract Numbering

You can enter a contract number manually or set up a numbering range to automatically track your latest issued contract numbers.

4. Linking another Event

If you need to link the current event to another event, click 'Link another event to this contract'. In the pop-up list, select the event(s), and it will be linked to this contract. You can view this contract from any linked event.

5. Link a Contact to the Contract

To link a contact from your database to the contract, click 'Select a contact to link to this contract'. You can search your contacts or create a new one if it's not in your database already.

6. Customize Your Contract

If you need to make layout adjustments to a single contract, use the 'Customize This Contract' option. This will only affect the selected contract, leaving your original template unchanged.

7. Send the Contract

Once you’re finished, send the contract by clicking the 'Mail' button.
