Learn how to add new invoices to the event.

The Invoice page in ABOSS provides a range of tools for managing invoices, from sending them, customizing details, tracking status, and sending them out. This guide covers each feature to help you get the most out of your invoicing.

1. Adding a New Invoice to an Event

  1. Navigate to the event.

  2. Click on the green Add new invoice button to create a new invoice.

  3. Select your preferred template for the invoice.

  4. Complete your invoice details as needed.

2. Linking Invoices to Multiple Events

When you create an invoice within an event, it’s automatically linked to that event.
To link an invoice to additional events, click Link event to Invoice and select events from the calendar.

3. Setting Up Invoice Numbering

Enter your invoice number manually, or set up an invoice numbering range to automatically track the latest issued number.

4. Tracking Invoice Status and Linking Contacts

Use the status switches to keep track of the invoice status.
Link a contact from your database to the invoice by clicking the chain icon.
Preview your invoice by selecting the Preview PDF button.

5. Adding Additional Line Items to Your Invoice

Enter a description, VAT percentage, and amount for any additional line items.
Click the green + button to add the line to your invoice.

6. Customizing a Single Invoice

If you need to adjust the layout for just one invoice, use Customize this invoice. This lets you modify the layout of that specific invoice without affecting your original template.

7. Sending the Invoice

When the invoice is complete, click the Mail button to send it via email.
