You can update the status of each advancing field directly from the dashboard or within an event, making it easy to keep information current.

Steps to Update the Status

  • Access the Advancing Dashboard
Find the Advancing Dashboard via the icon in the menu on the left.

  • Hover Over the Field
Hover over the advancing field you wish to update. You’ll see three status options:

    • Red: Information has not yet been gathered.

    • Orange: In progress (e.g., waiting on details like soundcheck time).

    • Green: Complete.

  • Select the Desired Status
Choose the appropriate status, and it will automatically sync with the event's advancing tab.

2. Event Filters and Search Options

Date Filter

Customize Event Dates
In the upper left corner of ABOSS, use the date filter to specify a start and end date for your events. By default, the range shows events from today up to three years in the future.

Lock the Date Range: Use the lock icon to maintain the selected date range so it doesn’t change.

Status Filter

Filter by Event Status
Choose to display or hide events based on their status. For example, hide ‘interest’ shows or show only confirmed events. You can also include or exclude blocks and travel items.

Shared Events

Toggle Shared Events
Show or hide events that other parties share with you by using the Shared Events button. For more information on sharing events, check out this article.

Search & Advanced Search

Quick Search
Use the search bar for quick results.

Advanced Search
For detailed filtering, use Advanced Search to include or exclude specific criteria. Select columns that contain the information you want, then use the lock icon to secure your settings.

Select Projects

Choose Specific Projects
Select which projects to display in your Dashboard. Remember, new projects won’t automatically appear—you’ll need to manually select them.

3. Column Selection

Customize Your View
Use the column selector to choose specific columns to display. This can include financial data, contract statuses, and invoice statuses.
