When a project is shared between two Agency's, there are a few areas where you'll be working with the same content.

It's good to realize you share different areas in project management. This article outlines each section that is shared.

Go to Project Management

Follow these steps to access your Project Management in Agency:

  • Go to Office. You can find the icon in the menu on the left.

  • You will automatically land on the Project Management page, where you'll see a list of all projects along with their project IDs. Click on the project title to access the project's settings.

From this section, you can view and modify the project title, standard information, artist/crew details, and profile picture.

Shared sections

The highlighted areas within ABOSS that are shared for Agency - below we describe each section separately:

  • Project Title

If you tweak the title, it automatically updates for both Agency's.

  • Project ID

If you display events on the artists' website or you use the Holcar or Munckhof integration, please double check if the Project ID is the same after sharing is set-up.

  • Project Info

Project info is shared among both Agency's. These fields are being shared:

Note: If you use these fields in your templates, including Project_template_text-fields (for example), ensure your templates, and therefore your Contracts and Invoices, are affected accordingly. We can discuss how to make this work before setting up sharing.

  • Artist/Crew

Artist/Crew are shared among both Agency's. This means that any changes made to the artist or crew list will be reflected for both Agency's.

  • Logo

When you upload a logo in the Office section, this logo will be automatically displayed across the entire project. This may effect your templates. Alternatively, you can hardcode the logo into your templates. We can help you do this.
