When you add a new project, it won’t automatically appear in your existing External Bookings form because this form is based on the projects initially selected. But don’t worry; you can easily add or remove projects as needed.

1. Accessing Your External Bookings Form
Go to Office.
Select External bookings form.
Note: If your bookings forms don’t appear, refresh the page.
2. Adding or Removing Projects
Click the title to open your External Bookings form.
On the right, locate Select projects.
Select or deselect any projects you want to include or remove from the form.
Click Save Form to save the new settings.
