How to Add a New Project in Your Agency Environment

Follow this guide to efficiently add and configure a new project within your agency environment, ensuring accurate and seamless integration of details. By setting up your project correctly, information such as fees will automatically populate when creating events, and the uploaded logo can be used on invoices, enhancing consistency and professionalism across your system.

1. Access Project Management

  • Click on the "Office" button located in the sidebar.

  • The 'Project Management' section will open automatically.

2. Add a New Project

  • Type in the name of your project and click the green "ADD" button.

3. Project Info

  • The "Project Info" tab will open by default when you create a new project.

  • Input essential information such as the artist's address, website, and financial details for contracts and invoices.

  • Upload a project logo by clicking the blue arrow or dragging the logo file over the area.

4. Users

  • Give users permissions to this specific project.

5. Preferences

  • You can optionally choose to set the format in which you want shows to display in the calendar by clicking the "Calendar Title Format" dropdown box.

  • Also, set the default currency that will be used when creating events.

6. Standard Info

  • Input recurring details like event duration and tour names, which will auto-fill when adding new events.

  • Optionally add information about fees, booking fees, or VAT.

6. Region protection

  • Set a default region protection setting to be applied across your events.

5. Artist/Crew

  • Invite artists and crew members to use the free Artist environment for access to the calendar and show details.

  • Manage invitations and view the list of invited members.

6. Files

  • Upload important documents such as technical riders or bios by clicking the blue arrow or dragging the files into your browser.

7. Integrations

  • Link your project dates to external platforms like your Facebook page or Bandsintown page to automatically update upcoming tour dates.

Finalizing Project Setup

  • After entering all necessary information, return to "Project Management" to view the newly added project.
