When you add a signature in your profile, you can start using this signature to sign the contracts you send our from ABOSS.

After uploading, do make sure your template is signee-proof.

Note: creating or changing templates might be difficult. Read more about templates in our Template section. If you do have a question or don't know how this works, don't hesitate to contact us via Support Chat.

You should add this tag for your signature:

{{ signee.signature }}

You might also want to add this tag for the date of signature.

{{ event.contract_signed_on | date: "%d/%m/%Y" }}

You can change the format of the date - see 'Add filter to you data'.

Pre-sign contract

If you're templates and signature are ready, you can use them to pre-sign.

When creating a contract, you will find this section in the bottom:

Tick the 'Pre-sign contract'-checkbox to add your signature and the date of signing. Click on View PDF to check the contract.

The contract will always take the signature of the user that's logged in. You can't pre-sign for somebody else.

If the 'Pre-sign contract'-checkbox is not ticked, the signature and date will not be shown on the contract.

Note that your contract history will show when and who signed.
