If you've send an External Advancing Request to a promoter, sometimes the promoter does not reply. It's very easy to send a reminder!

For now, we will focus on sending a reminder.

Go to the request.

Click on the title of the Request you want to re-send.

You will be sent to your Request.

Click on the button 'Send reminder' to re-send the Request.

A pop-up opens, where you can add a new message to your promoter. Click on 'Send Reminder' to e-mail your Request to your promoter again.

If you are unsure whether you have send your Request, and to whom, you can always scroll to the bottom on your Request and select the history.
