To send a reminder for your External Advancing Request, follow these steps:
Go to the request by navigating to bell icon in the top right.
Click on the title of the request you want to resend.
Once inside the request, click the Send reminder button to initiate the reminder process.
A pop-up window will open, allowing you to add a new message to your promoter. Customize your message if needed.
Click on Send Reminder to resend the request to your promoter via email.

If you're unsure whether you've already sent the request or who it was sent to, you can easily check the history:
Scroll to the bottom of the request and click on History to view past actions, including the original request and any reminders sent.
