Send an existing External Advancing Request to another person

Re-send your Advancing Request to a new person

If you've sent an External Advancing Request to a promoter, sometimes the promoter does not reply. It's very easy to send a reminder!

But sometimes you need to send it to another person. This article will show you how to do so.

Request

Go to the request.

Click on the title of the Request you want to re-send.

Participants

Go to Participants.

You will find at least two people:

The one with the yellow star is the person from your team - maybe yourself, and the one who can approve the External Request.

The other one is the person you send the request to.

Add or delete participants

From here you can add participants bye clicking on the "+ Add participant" button.

Or you can delete them, by clicking on the bin button.

Send reminder

Click on the button 'Send reminder' to re-send the Request.

A pop-up opens, where you can add a new message to your promoter. Click on 'Send Reminder' to e-mail your Request to the promoter again.

History

If you are unsure whether you have send your Request, and to whom, you can always scroll to the bottom on your Request and select the history.
