Sending an External Advancing Request to Another Person

Sometimes, a promoter may not respond to your External Advancing Request. In such cases, you may need to resend the request to a different person. This guide will show you how to do that easily.

  5. Check Request History

1. Accessing the Request

To resend an External Advancing Request, first access the request:

Click on the bell icon in the top right corner to view your notifications.

Find and select the request you want to resend.

2. Participants

Navigate to the "Participants" section.

You will see two or more participants:

  • The person with the yellow star is a member of your team—possibly yourself—who has the authority to approve the External Request.

  • The other person is the promoter who received the original request.

3. Add or Delete Participants

To send the request to another person, you can either:

  • Add a participant: Click the "+ Add participant" button to include a new recipient.

  • Delete a participant: Click the bin icon next to a participant to remove them from the request.

4. Send Reminder to Another Person

Once you've added the new participant, click the 'Send reminder' button.

A pop-up will open where you can write a message to the new recipient.

After adding the message, click 'Send Reminder' to email the request to the new person.

5. Check Request History

If you need to review the actions taken on your request, scroll to the bottom of the request to view the history. This will show details about when the request was sent and to whom.
