Why can't I see / edit my Deal?

When you can see the Event, but not (edit) the Deal.

If you are working in the Event, but can't see and / or edit the Deal-tab, there are a few things are possible to be off.

Permissions

For starters, one of the most common issues here is with the permissions. Make sure that you have the right permissions for this specific Project.

Go to Office and then to Team management.

You can update the permissions of one Project by adding them via de plus sign:

Or via selected projects, where you can select multiple projects to change them all at once:

You will see this pop-up:

You can change by clicking on the correct dots. The permissions will change immediately.

When the permissions for Deal are 'On':

  • None: Deals are invisible. The tab inside the Event is not there.

  • View: the User can only view the Deals.

  • Manage: the User can also make and change the Deals.

Shared event

If your Event is created by another Agency or Artist PRO that is sharing the Event with you, the settings are set in this specific Agency or Artist.

When sharing an Event, the settings are only to be set on None or View. You can't edit the Deal in a Shared Event.
