Setting Up Sharing with Another Agency or Artist PRO

When you've enabled Sharing with another Agency or Artist PRO, at first glance, it might seem like nothing has changed. While some settings need to be configured in your account, rest assured, the project is already there!

Table of Contents

  1. Shared Events

  2. Permissions

  3. Dashboard

1. Shared Events

If you're looking for events shared by another Agency or Artist PRO, make sure the other party has set their sharing settings correctly (both for Agency and Artist PRO). It's also important to check if they are actively sharing data with you.

2. Permissions

  • Go to Office and then to Project Management.

  • Find the new project and open it.

  • Navigate to Users.

  • From here, you can assign the necessary permissions to yourself and your team.

3. Dashboard

To add the event to your Dashboard, follow these two steps:

  • Add the project via Select All Projects.

  • Set Shared Events in Dashboard to "On".

You're all set! If you run into any issues, feel free to reach out through our Support Chat.
