When you've let us set up Sharing with another Agency / Artist PRO, at first it might seem that nothing changed.
Some settings need to be set in your own account, but the project is there!
Shared events
If you are searching for events that are shared by another Agency / Artist PRO, do check if the other party has it's sharing settings set correctly (for Agency and for Artist PRO) - and is actually sharing data with you or not.
Permissions
Go to Office and to Project Management.
Find the new project and open it.
Go to "users".
From here you can give yourself and your team the permissions they need.
Dashboard
To add the event to your Dashboard, take the following two steps:
Add the project via Select All Projects:
Set Shared Events in Dashboard "On":
