1. Set Up Your Agency

Begin by setting up your agency within ABOSS to ensure seamless external communication. Your address, logo, and company information will be automatically included in contracts, invoices, and outgoing emails.


The next step in the setup process is to add artists. (e.g.: Projects).

2. Create a Booking with the Booking Flow

The Calendar is central to managing your artists' careers and serves as the single source of truth for all stakeholders. It is crucial for sharing information with your team and artists, as well as managing your workflow.

3. Deal Page

Add information to your Deal page to get a comprehensive financial overview, and effortlessly create contracts and invoices.

4. Invite the Team

Adding team members to your agency environment allows you to assign specific permissions for various system parts such as invoices, events, and contracts. You can define access levels, enabling them to view, edit, or delete content.

Artists and crew members will only be able to view the calendar and add blocks for you to review, making planning much easier. You can also decide if they can view the deal section or other areas.

5. Helicopter View

The Dashboard section lets you create a personalized overview of specific business aspects. Save and reuse it to access real-time information with just two clicks.

6. Project Information

Adding basic information to your projects helps standardize data and eliminate mistakes and duplicate entries. This information can be automatically used in events, deals, and invoices.
