1. What is Standard Information?

Standard Information refers to default project settings and data fields that are applied to all projects created in your system. This includes fields such as project names, client details, and other essential data points that help ensure consistency across projects.

2. How to Access Standard Information

To access Standard Information, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Office.

  2. Project Management will open automatically.

  3. Open the project.

  4. Here, you can view and edit the default settings that will be applied to new projects.

3. Project Info

The "Project Info" tab will open by default when you create or open a new project.

Input essential information such as the artist's address, website, and financial details for contracts and invoices.

Upload a project logo by clicking the blue arrow or dragging the logo file over the area.

4. Standard Info

Input recurring details like event duration and tour names, which will auto-fill when adding new events.

Optionally add information about fees, booking fees, or VAT.
