Easily Create and Customize Templates for Contracts and Invoices

In ABOSS, you can send out contracts (available only for Agency users) and invoices using templates. These templates automatically pull the necessary information, such as the project name, event title, dates, and fees, saving you time and ensuring consistency.

You can fully customize your templates according to your needs. If you need assistance, check out our article database on templates or reach out via Support Chat.

Note: there is no Contract Module in Artist PRO.

1. Using Standard Templates

ABOSS offers standard templates that you can activate and customize. The following steps will show you how to activate these templates for both Agency and Artist PRO accounts.

2. For Agency Users

To activate a template for contracts or invoices:

  • Go to Office.

  • Click on either Invoice Templates or Contract Templates.

  • In the New template name field, enter the name of your template and click the green Create Template button.

3. For Artist PRO Users

If you’re working on the correct project, follow these steps:

  • If needed, select the right project.

  • Navigate to Settings.

  • Click on Invoice Templates.

  • In the New template name field, enter the name of your template and click the green Create Template button.

4. Finalizing and Editing Templates

Once the template is created:

  • You will be directed to the template’s coding. This might seem overwhelming, but don’t worry—you can now use the template for invoices (Agency & Artist) or contracts (Agency).

  • You can also make changes to the template. Just be sure to save your changes after editing.

Note: The entered data, such as added in Deal-tab, will only display correctly on contracts and invoice PDFs if the templates are set up properly. Always double-check your PDFs before sending them out to ensure everything appears as expected.
