You can locate the Dashboard with this icon, in the menu on the left:
1. Event Filters and Search Options
Customize your event display based on various parameters such as date, status, and specific search criteria. Select columns to display all the information you need in a single overview.
Date Filter
Located in the upper left corner of ABOSS, the date filter allows you to filter events by specifying a start and end date. Customize these parameters and lock your date range by pressing the lock icon. By default, the date range shows events from today up to three years in the future. To maintain your selected dates, use the lock button so they remain unchanged.
Status Filter
Filter events by their status to view only those that match your selected criteria. For example, you can hide 'interest' shows or display only confirmed shows. You can also choose to show blocks and travel items.
Shared Events
Toggle the Shared Events button to show or hide events that other parties share with you. For more information on sharing events, check out this article.
Search & Advanced Search
Use the search option to find specific events quickly. For more detailed filtering, use the advanced search option. This allows you to select columns that contain or exclude specific information based on your criteria.
Use the lock icon to easily lock the filters.
Select projects
Choose the specific projects you want to display on your Dashboard. Please note that when you add a new project to your environment, it will not be automatically selected in your Dashboard's project selection. You'll need to manually mark any new projects you wish to include in your Dashboard view.
Column Selection
Use the column selector to choose the specific columns you want to display for your current selection. This feature enables you to show specific financial information or display the contract and invoice status.
If you have a preferred selection of columns, save it as a Column Template with a unique name. This allows you to switch between different views quickly. Learn more about selecting columns and saving them as a column template.
You can easily sort the data in the columns by clicking on the arrows next to a column title. This allows you to organize the information in ascending or descending order for a clearer overview.
2. Exporting Your Selection
You can export your selection to a PDF or Excel file. When viewing the dashboard of a single project, you can also export your selection as an Artist Statement. This includes different markup with your agency information, making it easy to share directly with your artists.
