Managing and Sending Guest Lists in ABOSS
Track, Edit, and Send Guest Lists for Your Events
The Guest List tab in ABOSS allows you to efficiently manage and track guests for your events. You can add or modify guest details, download the list as a PDF, or send it directly via email. If you have an Artist Free account, you can only view the guest list and won’t be able to make changes.

Using the Guest List in the App and Browser
1. Accessing the Guest List Tab
To manage the guest list for an event:
Open the event and navigate to the Guest List tab.
Here, you can add, edit, or track guest details such as names, email addresses, companies, and number of guests.
Note: If you have an Artist Free account, you can view the guest list but cannot add or edit details.
2. Adding Guests to the List
Within the Guest List tab, you can input the following information:
Name
Email address (useful for administrative purposes)
Company
Number of tickets
Notes (such as requests for backstage passes or parking)
To add more guests, simply click the green Add button or press Enter (when not in the Notes field). A new line will appear for additional entries. If there are no more guests, leave the new line blank.
3. Deleting Guests from the List
Click the X Icon next at the end of the row, to remove the guest from the list.
4. Internal Notes
The Notes you add in this section will not appear when you download or send the guest list. These notes are for internal use only.
5. Sending and Downloading the Guest List
Downloading the Guest List
To download a PDF of the guest list, click on the Download PDF button. You can email this PDF from your own account or save it for your records.
Mailing the Guest List
Click the Mail Guest List button to send the list via email. You can select contacts from your ABOSS system using the autofill feature or manually enter email addresses.
You can also set up a mail template for sending the guest list, or manually add comments before sending.
The PDF of the guest list will be sent as an attachment.
Once you’ve sent the email, the paper plane icon will turn green and the checkbox will be marked as sent. You can also mark the checkbox manually, but the paper plane icon will remain grey if no email was sent.
6. Tracking Guest List Status
You can track the status of sent guest lists from your Dashboard. Check the column labeled Guest List Sent to monitor whether the list has been sent.
7. Using the Guest List in the App and Browser
You can also view the guest list from the ABOSS app, making it convenient when you’re on location. However, editing or adding new entries is only possible through the web browser version of ABOSS. You’ll need Manage or Administrate permissions for the calendar to make changes.
