Managing Team Members in Your ABOSS Artist PRO Account

Invite team members to your ABOSS Artist PRO account from the ABOSS system. Assign each team member a unique set of permissions to control their access and actions within the system.

Note: This feature is only available for Artist PRO accounts. If you have an Artist Free account, permissions must be set via your Agency.

1. Setting Permissions

Permissions can only be set for the selected project. To select the right project:

  1. Click on All Projects at the top left.

  2. Select the desired project.

Once the project is selected:

  1. Click on the Settings Icon at the bottom left.

  2. Go to Settings and then to User Management.

  3. Choose the user whose permissions you want to change.

  4. Click on the lock sign to change permissions.

  5. Click on the X in the top right to close the permissions. They will be automatically saved.

2. Permission Levels

  • None: The user cannot view the content.

  • View: The user can view the content.

  • Manage: The user can add and change the content.

  • Administrate: The user can delete the content.

3. Permission Categories

  • Contacts: Controls access to Contacts and Companies.

  • Calendar Notes: Controls access to Notes in the Calendar.

    • Linked to availability: Permissions are active only when the user's availability is confirmed (green).

    • Add activity label: Permissions are active only when specific labels are active. Multiple labels can be added. These permissions override Calendar Notes settings.

      • If Calendar Notes is set to 'None', but the activity label 'Studio' is set to 'View', the user can see the Calendar Notes with the 'Studio' label but not others.

      • If Calendar Notes is set to 'Administrate', but the activity label 'Studio' is set to 'None', the user can view/manage/administrate everything except those Notes with 'None'.

  • Calendar Events: Controls access to Events.

    • Linked to availability: Permissions are active only when the user's availability is confirmed (green).

    • Add event label: Permissions are active only when specific labels are active. Multiple labels can be added. These permissions override Calendar Event settings.

      • If Calendar Events is set to 'None', but the activity label 'Studio' is set to 'View', the user can see the Calendar Notes with the 'Studio' label but not others.

      • If Calendar Events is set to 'Administrate', but the activity label 'Studio' is set to 'None', the user can view/manage/administrate everything except those Notes with 'None'.

    • Note: This section only covers the Event tab and Guest list within an event.

    • By default, the Deal, Advancing, and Invoices tabs are not visible.

  • Calendar Blocks: Controls access to Blocks in the Calendar.

  • Travel: Controls access to Travel Events.

    • Likend to travel: Permissions can be linked to travel, affecting only selected passengers.

  • Deals: Controls access to Deals within Events.

    • Requires Event permissions.

    • An extra tab will appear inside Events if permissions are set.

  • Advancing: Controls access to Advancing within Events.

    • Requires Event permissions.

    • An extra tab will appear inside Events if permissions are set.

  • Invoices: Controls access to Invoices within Events.

    • Requires Event permissions.

    • A new tab will appear in the Event, and also in the menu on the left for all invoices.

  • Locations: Controls access to the Locations module. Does not affect locations inside events.

  • Settings: Controls access to Settings.
