You can invite team members to your ABOSS Artist PRO account from the ABOSS system. You can give each individual team member their own set of permissions after inviting them, so you can decide what they can see and do.

Be aware: this is only when you have an Artist PRO account. If you have an Artist Free account, setting must be set via your Agency.

Set permissions

You can only set permissions if you selected the right project:

by clicking on All Projects - top left - and then selecting the project.

The Settings-Icon wil appear at the bottom left.

Go to settings and then to user management.

From here you can choose the User who you want to change permissions for. You have to do this for all the users separately. Click on the lock sign to change the permissions.

Permission Management

A pop-up will appear that will show you the Permission Management. As a default, all is set to 'None'.

Contacts:

  • None: Contacts are invisible.

  • View: the user can only view the Contacts and Companies that are added.

  • Manage: the user can view, add and change the Contacts and Companies.

  • Administratie: the user can also delete the Contacts and Companies.

Calendar Notes:

  • None: Notes are invisible.

  • View: the user can view the Notes.

    Linked to availability:

When setting these permissions, it means the user can only view / manage / administrate when their availability is confirmed (green).

    Add activity label:

When setting these permissions, it means the user can only view / manage / administratie when the specific label(s) are active.

    You can add multiple labels.

When these permissions are selected, they will overwrite the Calendar Notes.

For example, if Calendar Notes is on 'None', but activity label 'Studio' is on 'View', the user can see the Calendar Notes with this label, but not the one without.

Or, if Calendar Notes is on 'Administrate', but activity label 'Studio' is on 'None', the user can view / manage / administrate anything except for those Notes with 'None'.

You can set both availability and labels.
