Adding files to an event is easy. Simply drag and drop them onto the right side of the event screen. You can upload a variety of file types, such as technical specs, riders, parking passes, directions, and even audio or video files, making sure everything needed for the event is in one place.

All users with view permissions for the event can access these files.

To delete a file, hover over its title until the bin icon appears. Click the bin icon to remove the file. Please note, you must have administrative permissions for events to delete files.

Itineraries cannot be deleted as they are automatically generated.

All files added in Event, are also available in the app.
