When you’re using the External Bookings form, you might see the notification bell in the top-right corner ringing, with a number indicating pending requests. Deleting or archiving these requests will help keep your database organized. Here’s how to manage them.

1. Deleting an External Booking Request
Click on the ringing bell icon in the top-right corner to view your requests.
Hover over the title of the request you wish to delete; a bin icon will appear.
Click the bin icon to delete the request.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Note: Deleting a request permanently removes it from your system.
