Managing Your To Do List in ABOSS

Keep track of all your tasks within the ABOSS environment.

The To Do List is a valuable tool that helps you manage all your tasks directly in ABOSS. This article will guide you through its functionalities and features.


How to Use the To Do List

  1. Access the To Do List
    Click on the bell icon in the top right corner of your screen.

    Here, you'll find sections for Booking Requests (for Agency), External Requests, and your To Do's.

  2. Adding a New To Do

    • Click the plus icon to add a new task.

    • Enter a description, deadline, and priority.

    • If you're working in the Agency environment, you can also assign the task to one of your team members.

    • Click Add To Do to save the task. You may need to refresh the page to see it appear in your account.

  3. Viewing and Managing To Do's

    • Go back to the bell icon to view your To Do's.

    • To mark a task as completed, simply click the circle next to it.

    • To delete a To Do, hover over the task and a delete option will appear.

    • Click on a task’s title to open it and make changes.

Important Notes

  • To Do's are linked to your personal account. If you work in both Artist PRO and Agency, your To Do's will be accessible in both environments.

  • In the Agency environment, you can assign tasks to other team members.
