4. How Column Templates Work in Detail
Each column template stores a specific set of columns that you've selected. Instead of toggling each column manually every time, you can apply a saved template with one click.
For example, a template might contain these columns:
Project Title
Artist Fee
Booking Fee %
Once you apply this template, only these three columns will appear in the dashboard.
Automatic Recognition
If you manually select a set of columns that matches a saved template, that template will be automatically marked as active. This gives you a clear visual cue of the current configuration β even without selecting the template directly.
Artist Selection is Separate
Templates are independent of artist selection. You can use the same column setup whether you're viewing:
All projects
A single artist, or
Multiple selected artists
The displayed columns stay the same β only the data changes depending on the artist(s) you're working with.
