Fine-Tune Your View with Flexible Column Options and Templates

Easily tailor the items displayed in your dashboard by using the column selection tool. Follow these steps to manage your columns effectively.

1. Accessing the Column Selection Tool

  • Locate the Columns Icon:
    Find the Columns icon on the right of your dashboard controls.

  • Open the Column Selection Menu:
    Simply hover over the icon to reveal the column selection options.

2. Selecting and Deselecting Columns

  • Toggle Columns:
    Click on any column name to turn it on or off.

  • Explore All Options:
    Scroll down the list to see all available columns.

  • Visual Indicators:
    Selected columns will be highlighted in black, while unselected columns will appear in grey.

3. Column Templates: Save and Switch Between Views

Save your current column configuration as a template to effortlessly switch between different dashboard views. Here’s how:

Accessing the Column Templates

  • Locate the Column Templates Icon:
    Hover over the Column Templates icon on the right side of your dashboard controls.

Saving a Column Template

  1. Name Your Template:
    In the template section, enter a name for your current column selection in the input box labeled "Save this selection".

  2. Save the Template:
    Press the "Enter" key or the plus icon to confirm and save the template.

Using Saved Templates

  • View Your Templates:
    Your saved templates will be listed in the template section.

  • Apply a Template:
    Select a template by clicking the checkbox in front of its name. This will instantly apply the saved column configuration to your dashboard.
