1. Accessing the Column Selection Tool
Locate the Columns Icon:
Find the Columns icon on the right of your dashboard controls.
Open the Column Selection Menu:
Simply hover over the icon to reveal the column selection options.
2. Selecting and Deselecting Columns
Toggle Columns:
Click on any column name to turn it on or off.Explore All Options:
Scroll down the list to see all available columns.Visual Indicators:
Selected columns will be highlighted in black, while unselected columns will appear in grey.
3. Column Templates: Save and Switch Between Views
Save your current column configuration as a template to effortlessly switch between different dashboard views. Here’s how:
Accessing the Column Templates
Locate the Column Templates Icon:
Hover over the Column Templates icon on the right side of your dashboard controls.
Saving a Column Template
Name Your Template:
In the template section, enter a name for your current column selection in the input box labeled "Save this selection".Save the Template:
Press the "Enter" key or the plus icon to confirm and save the template.
Using Saved Templates
View Your Templates:
Your saved templates will be listed in the template section.Apply a Template:
Select a template by clicking the checkbox in front of its name. This will instantly apply the saved column configuration to your dashboard.
