1. Set-up your Agency

By setting up your agency within ABOSS, you can ensure seamless external communication. Your address, logo, and company information can be automatically included in contracts, invoices, and outgoing emails. Check out the article here.

2. Create a booking with the booking flow

The Calendar is the heart of the career of your Artists and the single source of truth for all stakeholders that are involved in the day to day activities. It's the starting point of sharing information with your team and Artists, and managing your workflow.

Adding info to your Deal will help to get a financial overview and very easily create Contracts and Invoices.

4. Invite the team

When you add team members to your Agency environment, you can assign them specific permissions for various parts of the system, such as invoices, events, contracts, etc. You can define their access levels, allowing them to view, edit, or delete content. Check out the article here.

If you add artists and crew, they will only be able to view the calendar and add blocks you can also view. This will make planning much easier. You can decide per person if they can view the deal section, or more. Check out the article here.
